Like most things, you have to practice the languages you're learning, or else you're going to forget! I mentioned in a social media post that journaling is a great way to practice your English daily. It takes up 10-15 minutes a day and helps you stay on top of your day while getting some language learning in.
Most TEFL teachers ask you to maintain a journal throughout your lessons so we can make sure you're practising daily + keep a track of your progress.
To make this process a little easier, I've made a Language Journal that you can download for free along with 25 prompts to answer every day. You can talk about something different every day so it's not boring.
You can download the Journal + 25 free prompts below.
You just have to enter your name and email and you'll receive an email with a link to download the journal.
If you find this useful, please let me know! I'd like to hear about your experience using it to practice your English.
